GEI principals have spent significant time and effort identifying, researching and validating the various waste to clean energy processes available today in the marketplace. Particular attention has been given to low or zero emissions, fuel quality, commercialization and proven production sites using a variety of feedstock. We have determined that the Alphakat patented catalytic depolymerization process which converts MSW to synthetic diesel is the best possible technology available at this time and will meet the needs of the Panamanian and Central American opportunities described in this plan.
